Hydrogen is set to be utilised as a means to decarbonise the food value chain with Xebec Adsorption signing a contract with Desmet Ballestra to deliver an electrolyser for hydrogen production.
The hydrogen produced from Xebec’s Hy.GEN on-site electrolyser will be used by Desmet’s major customers in North Africa as a means for a hydrogenation process.
