The Victorian State Government is investing A$9m ($6.7m) to support the construction of a Hycel Technology Hub that includes a fuel cell wing and training facilities for hydrogen application technologies.
This is set to boost Deakin University’s hydrogen technology applications and support new innovative developments in the fuel cell and hydrogen sector.
The fuel cell wing will feature specialised fuel cell assembly and testing equipment, plumbed with hydrogen allowing an innovative space to support small and medium sized enterprise (SME) development and training facilities.
