To help accelerate its goal to be the largest hydrogen producer and exporter on Australia’s East Coast, renewable energy developer Verdant Technologies has appointed an investment banking firm in hope to become Nasdaq listed.
Verdant Technologies today (25th Feb) confirmed that it has teamed up with US broker-deal Digital Offering to help explore US capital markets and become listed on the second largest stock exchange at a time of international investor demand for clean energy companies.
The company hopes to become Nasdaq mid this year.
