Vallourec has unveiled plans to test an innovative vertical hydrogen storage solution as part of its global Vallourec® New Energies offering to support the energy transition.
The solution will use the company’s range of tubes and connections, designed to enable efficient storage of green hydrogen with reduced footprint and other advantages.
It was showcased at its production and R&D site in Aulnoye-Aymeries, France. Vallourec signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Naval Group, to step up the production and structure the ecosystem.
