The US Department of Energy (DOE) on Tuesday (August 23) announced $40m in funding to advance the development and deployment of clean hydrogen technologies.
The funding opportunity is set to advance the DOE’s Hydrogen Shot goal of reducing the cost of clean hydrogen to one dollar per one kilogramme in one decade (1 1 1), while also supporting it H2@Scale initiative, aiming to advance the affordable production, transport, storage, and utilisation of clean hydrogen.
