UK-based hydrogen and graphene producer Levidian has announced plans to expand into the Middle East, setting up its first international base in Abu Dhabi.
Levidian in May 2022 secured a £700m ($850m) export deal with UAE-based Zero Carbon Ventures to deploy over 500 of its LOOP systems which converts waste gas from industries including oil and gas to produce clean hydrogen and graphene.
