A UK-based clean truck manufacturer has today (June 30) launched its first hydrogen fuel cell-supported heavy goods vehicle (HGV), which it has said will be the first of its kind to be designed, manufactured, and produced on mass in the UK.
The London-headquartered Tevva Motors is set to unveil its new 7.5 tonne hydrogen electric truck later today, which the firm has said has a range of 310 miles (499km), with a refuelling time of 5-10 minutes.
Tevva has said it will offer 24/7 support to its customers in addition to aiding them with access to sustainable and affordable hydrogen supplies.
