With hydrogen becoming more broadly used within the UK, the Government has invested £11.3m ($14m) to implement hydrogen technologies to decarbonise the whiskey distilling sector.
Revealed on Wednesday (Nov 24), both hydrogen and biogas will be used within the distillery sector, the investment will support the greener production in distilleries with four projects receiving a part of the funding.
