Two new hydrogen cars have been presented to the Düren district in Germany.
A Mercedes GLC F-Cell and a Toyota Mirai were presented yesterday (12th March) at the Jülich Technology Center (TZJ) to District Aministrator Wolfgang Spelthahn.
Spelthahn said the district is ideally suited and positioned as a hydrogen region.
By 2021, the Düren district will purchase five hydrogen buses. The first hydrogen station has been approved and is funded by the federal government with €1.3m.
