UK-based zero-emission truck manufacturer Tevva has revealed its hydrogen-electric prototype has racked up just shy of 350 miles on a single charge.
The 7.5-tonne dual-energy vehicle, equipped with a lithium battery is fitted with a hydrogen fuel cell range extender.
The testing programme accumulated more than 1,000km (621 miles) between Tevva’s London headquarters and the English-Scottish border at Berwick-on-Tweed – England’s northern-most town.
