German groups Schaper Group and Tesvolt have teamed up to collaborate on a range of green hydrogen projects which could generate revenues of up to €40m ($46m) by 2023.
The collaboration will see Schaper Group install Tesvolt energy storage systems, with a total capacity of up to 40MWh, for hydrogen pioneer Apex Group.
This battery storage system will offer electrolysers a reliable power supply for when intermittent energy generators, such as wind or solar, fail to produce enough energy.
