TECO 2030 has announced production of its first 100kW proton exchange membrane (PEM) manual fuel cell stack in its Innovation Centre in Narvik, Norway.
The fuel cell stack is designed for hydrogen-powered marine, heavy duty, stationary or mobile power applications and designed with technology optimised for high efficiency and durability.
Among the first TECO 2030 stacks to be deployed will be in Implenia Norway’s 800kW HydroPilot container, a land-based stationary fuel cell application providing renewable power output at construction sites, which is set to be operational by the end of 2023. The project is funded by ENOVA SAF with around €1.5m ($1.6m).
