European Hydrogen Week 2022 has kicked off today (October 24), seeing policymakers, industry representatives, and experts across the hydrogen value chain head to Brussels, Belgium for a week boasting over 20 sessions and over 200 speakers.
Ahead of the landmark event, H2 View took the opportunity to take the temperature of the mood among players in the hydrogen market while on the ground at Hydrogen Technology Expo Europe in Bremen, Germany on October 19-20.
In a year that has seen war breakout in mainland Europe and skyrocketing energy bills, there has seemingly been a shift in momentum across the hydrogen industry. We caught up with Jake Martin, Hydrogen Business Development Manager at Haskel to hear his thoughts on the state of play in the region.
H2 View (H2V): There seems to be a lot of positivity and excitement under the roof here in Bremen. What are you taking away from the event?
