A newly unveiled project could be producing 300 tonnes of green hydrogen annually in Western Switzerland by 2023.
H-Tec Systems and Groupe E on Tuesday (April 12) said they have joined forces to develop the site that will help the decarbonisation of freight transportation.
To produce the green hydrogen, two H-Tec Systems ME450/1400 PEM electrolysers will produce the energy carrier from hydropower at the Schiffenen Dam, located in the canton of Fribourg.
