SEK 81m ($7.4m) of funding has been put forward to set up a green hydrogen test bed at the Luleå University of Technology in Sweden.
Coming from the EU and Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth, the funding will see an electrolyser system test bed set up at the pilot LTU Green Fuels plant at the university.
The H2-Labs project will also explore how to save and utilise residual heat from hydrogen production, while looking into how hydrogen production can be made more energy and cost efficient.
