China has carried out the successful operation of a high-pressure pure hydrogen pipeline, according to local media.
ChinaDaily has reported China Oil & Gas Pipeline Network Corp. (PipeChina) completed its first test on the pipeline at a testing ground in the Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region in Northwest China.
The test comes as part of PipeChina’s efforts to advance technologies for the storage and transportation of hydrogen, and says the test provides technical support for future large-scale, low-cost and long-distance hydrogen transportation.
