Stellantis has announced its completed a 33.3% purchase in hydrogen mobility company Symbio.
Faurecia, a FORVIA Group company, and Michelin are equal shareholders in the company, being the original founders of Symbio.
The purchase shows Symbio’s technological excellence in hydrogen fuel cell innovations and will boost the company’s developments across Europe and the US through the addition of Stellantis.
