Solaris Bus & Coach will supply four 12-metre Urbino hydrogen-powered buses to Artois Mobilités to put into use in northern France.
Solaris was selected as part of a tender issued by public transport authority Artois Mobilités in collaboration with the Transdev Group and the French central procurement office for public transport CATP.
The Urbino 12 units will be delivered and integrated into the carrier’s fleet next year (2025). Each vehicle boasts 70kW of fuel cells that are mounted on the roof and supported by Solaris High Power traction batteries.
