Solaris Bus & Coach has today (October 7) revealed it is set to deliver the ‘first’ hydrogen bus to the Polish city of Lublin by September 2023.
The bus manufacturer announced that the municipal transport authority, Zarząd Transportu Miejskiego (ZTM) had signed a contract for the purchase and delivery of one of its Urbino 12 hydrogen buses.
H2 View understands the bus is expected to be deployed on public transport routes operated by Meijskie Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacyjne (MPK) Lublin.
