SoCalGas featured at the H2 View North American Virtual Hydrogen Summit which saw Michelle Sim, Director of Sustainability, explain the role that the group’s extensive gas network could have for the integration of hydrogen.
The US-based company owns one of the largest gas infrastructures in the US with its pipeline stretching across the nation. This could provide a substantial basis for transporting and storing hydrogen in North America.
Sim told the H2 View event, “Although we are regionally located, we are the largest gas distribution utility in the US with over a hundred thousand miles of pipeline infrastructure.
