Cummins is clearly one of the many examples of Hydrogen Council members that embody the spirit and objective of the coalition – a cross-sector player with expertise and technologies across deeply interconnected industries and the ambition to drive hydrogen power forward at speed and scale.
When it comes to expertise in hydrogen, this spans fuel cell technologies and both PEM (proton exchange membrane) and alkaline electrolysers, enabled by the acquisition of Hydrogenics – something regarded as a jewel in the Cummins crown.
“Hydrogen has a key role in Cummins’ broad portfolio of power solutions, and we have quickly built up our capabilities,” said Amy Adams, Vice-President of Fuel Cell & Hydrogen Technologies at Cummins.
