“This is the sexiest way to care about the environment,” US comedian Ryan O’Flanagan said as he proudly showed off the hydrogen-powered Hyundai Nexo he’s been trialling in Los Angeles.
O’Flanagan is one of three ambassadors taking part in an initiative that aims to accelerate adoption of hydrogen fuel cell electric vehicles (FCEVs) in the US, aptly named AccelerateH2, that will see him trial the Hyundai Nexo, Toyota Mirai and Honda Clarity, each for a month at a time.
