Hydrogen Europe has elected RWE Generation’s Chief Operating Officer (COO) Hydrogen, Dr. Sopna Sury, as its new Chair.
Having taken position on Wednesday (April 26) with a mandate until June 2025, Sury takes up the reigns from the outgoing Jon André Løkke, former CEO and board member of Nel.
Having been chair of the European association since June 2021 Løkke initially joined the Hydrogen Europe Board in June 2020, and described his tenure as chair as “an honour and a joy.”
