RWE secures permits for 100MW Eemshaven electrolyser

RWE has secured construction and environmental permits to build a 100MW electrolyser adjacent to the Magnum Power Station in Eemshaven, the Netherlands.

It’s expected that the electrolyser will contribute to the onshore energy system integration plans associated with the 795MW OranjeWind offshore wind project, which RWE is developing with TotalEnergies.
