Montana Renewables is expected to accelerate development of a renewable hydrogen plant in Great Falls, Montana, US, with the closure of a $50m project financing, revealed on Tuesday (Jan 4).
The significant funding provided for this project will enable the company to construct the hydrogen plant and continue its development which could be a key influencer in de carbonising the mobility sector in Montana.
Once the renewable hydrogen plant has been developed, it will allow increased production of renewable diesel and also contribute to the further reduction of the carbon intensity of products from MRL.
