Quantum Fuel Systems’ virtual pipeline trailers will soon be transporting hydrogen across the US and Canada.
The company on Monday (August 30) said it has inked a new agreement with Certarus, through which it will supply its VPLite-H45/40′ hydrogen trailers in December this year.
With a gas mass of 803kg at 3,600 psi (248 bar), the trailers will help Certarus continually supply its customers with the zero emission fuel.
On the new agreement, Curtis Philippon, CEO of Certarus, said, “We chose to expand our partnership with Quantum because of their extensive experience working with hydrogen, and the proven quality of their virtual pipeline trailers that enable us to safely deliver zero emission energy anywhere to our customers that need it.”
