Pakistan will gain its first green hydrogen production facility as part of a new non-exclusive co-operation agreement with PowerChina International and Oracle Power with a ceremony held to celebrate the milestone.
The hydrogen production facility is expected to generate hydrogen with electrolysers which will be powered by photovoltaic and wind energy to produce around 150,000kg per day.
It is expected that the green hydrogen produced here will be utilised across a range of different domestic sectors including industry and the transportation sector.
