PowerCell Sweden is establishing a new wholly-owned subsidiary to focus on the Norwegian hydrogen market.
The news comes as PowerCell on Tuesday (June 29) announced that it had sold its holding in the former joint venture company Hyon. As a result of this, Saga Pure has secured a 29% stake in Hyon.

Since it was founded in 2017, the Hyon joint venture has been owned in equal parts by PowerCell and the Norwegian companies Hexagon and Nel.
