Plug Power is strengthening its presence in the European hydrogen market, having today (Nov 24) announced plans for a new European headquarters in the Port of Duisburg, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.
Elected as one of three hydrogen technology capital cities in Germany, Duisburg has a decisive role in the German energy transition and provides Plug Power with a well-established platform to develop future hydrogen projects.
In addition to this, Duisburg is the world’s largest inland port and offers Plug Power direct maritime supply chain connections to Antwerp, Belgium and Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
