A clean hydrogen partnership including Plug Power has been established to promote the supply and localisation of PEM electrolysers for green hydrogen projects.
Plug Power, SK E&S, K-water and SK Plug Hyverse all signed a Memorandum of Understanding on November 7, 2023, at Plug’s Vista plant in Albany County, New York, aiming to ‘promote the growth of green hydrogen and rejuvenate the industry.’
Under the agreement, the four companies will bolster their alliance leveraging each unique expertise and the cooperation will encompass various aspects of business, including the development of national green hydrogen production facilities and the acquisition of operational technologies.
