A newly formed consortium has joined forces to develop a Basque Hydrogen Corridor.
Earlier this week the group announced its formation to develop an entire hydrogen value chain in the Basque Country, an autonomous community in northern Spain.
As part of the commitment the group will make investment of approximately €1.3bn between 2021-26. Further to that, 1,340 direct jobs will be created.
78 public and private entities on Monday (22nd Feb) signed an energy proposal for the development which is thought to be unlike other similar projects.
