Oracle Power has today (September 12) announced the completion of its technical and commercial feasibility study for its 400MW green hydrogen and ammonia project in Pakistan.
The project plans to produce 55,000 tonnes of green hydrogen annually. Located in the wind corridor in the province of Singh in Pakistan’s south, Oracle expects to deploy 700MW of solar and 500MW of wind to power electrolysis.
Carried out by Germany’s thyssenkrupp Uhde, the study determined the required power input for the production of 140 tonnes of green hydrogen per day is approximately 360MW of electrolyser capacity.
