Ohio-based OPW has acquired hydrogen-focused European cryogenic equipment firm Demaco.
Now part of the OPW Clean Energy Solutions (CES) business unit, the acquisition of Demaco follows similar buy outs of ACME Cryogenics and RegO® Production in December 2021.
Coming as a “significant milestone” in OPW’s expansion plans, Kevin Long, President of OPW, said the acquisition will enhance the firm’s capabilities and broaden its product offering to meet clean energy market demands globally.
