Hy2gen Norge has rebranded to signify its expansion beyond Norway into other Nordic countries, working on hydrogen-related projects.
Now Hy2gen Nordic, the Hy2Gen AG subsidiary aims to be a global leader in developing, financing, building, owning and operating renewable hydrogen and hydrogen-based e-fuel plants in the region.
Under the expansion plan, Hy2gen Nordic wants to set up state-of-the-art renewable and hydrogen-derivative production plants in strategic locations in Sweden, Finland, Iceland and Denmark, in addition to seeking partnerships with local governments, industries and other energy providers to foster collaboration.
