A new cluster has been established in the Rheinische Revier of North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, that will support the hydrogen economy by providing a model region.
Being founded by Forschungszentrum Jülich and named the Helmholtz Cluster (HHC-H2), €860m ($1.02bn) has been invested in the project that will see hydrogen implemented into the entire industrial area of North Rhine-Westphalia over the course of 17 years.
