Nikola to lease 100 hydrogen FCEV heavy-duty trucks to PGT Trucking

Nikola is set to support the decarbonisation of road transportation with the group securing an agreement to provide 100 heavy-duty hydrogen fuel cell electric vehicles (FCEVs) on lease to PGT Trucking.

The agreement will see Nikola supply its Tre FCEV Cabover which leverages the Tre BEV platform with hydrogen fuel cell power, ranges of up to 500 miles between refuelling, while also being designed to improve aerodynamics and reduce the total vehicle weight.
