Hydrogen-powered truck manufacturer Nikola Corporation has appointed Jonathan Pertchik to its Board of Directors.
Pertchik will bring over two decades of transformational leadership, serving as the CEO and Managing Director of TravelCenters of America (TA).
He will bring previous experience from his roles at WCI Communities, ST Residential and Intown Suites. He also navigated changes for companies owned or controlled by investor groups such as Starwood Capital Group, TPG, Carl Icahn, Richard LeFrak, and Perry Capital.
