New Mexico’s, US, hydrogen ambitions took a blow on Thursday (Feb 17) with its Clean Hydrogen Bill failing to pass.
According to Argus Media, the failing of this Bill now means the state must look to other resources to turn the state into a hub for clean hydrogen production.
As part of the Bill, incentive schemes would have been put in place in order to allow investors to pour resources into developing clean hydrogen within the State.
