A new generation of “revolutionary” hydrogen-powered city buses have been unveiled for Germany.
ELO Mobility and the Fraunhofer Institute for Transport and Infrastructure Systems IVI have teamed up on the project as part of the “Go4City” project.
Sharing details of the vehicles last week (11th Feb), ELO Mobility said they will consume significant less hydrogen.
By consuming less hydrogen, the buses can achieve the optimum potential for range. Operating costs will be significantly improved compared to current vehicle technologies.
