Air Liquide has developed a new generation high capacity gaseous hydrogen station to fulfil light-duty vehicle market needs in the US.
Recognising the continued growth of the hydrogen market, with over 8,000 fuel cell electric vehicles and 41 operating hydrogen stations in California alone, Air Liquide has said it is focused to meet the demand.
In order to do so, the industrial gas company today announced that its enhanced station design, which increases capacity and features dual filling positions, is hitting the US market.
The high capacity station has the capability of performing simultaneous fills through two fully equipped fuelling positions at 700 bar, as well as dispending up to 1,000 kg/day, to fill approximately 250 vehicles.
