H-TEC Systems and Bilfinger have agreed to jointly develop green hydrogen projects across Europe.
Under a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), the two companies aim to identify green hydrogen project concepts and align technical and commercial interfaces between them.
The non-exclusive strategic partnership will be based on the development of large-scale electrolysis projects, with a core element being the development of standardised plant concepts for optimised execution and maximum efficiency.
The two parties will consider working together as preferred partners for suitable projects in the future, forming a mutual value creation through their complementary offering.
