With hydrogen growing in popularity across much of the UK, Ryze Hydrogen and HyNet have agreed to collaborate to enhance the hydrogen ecosystem in the region.
The agreement will see HyNet distribute 1,500 tonnes of hydrogen a year to Ryzen Hydrogen.
It is expected that this hydrogen will then be used to powered hydrogen buses that are currently being developed by Wrightbus as a means to decarbonise the public transportation sector.
This will see HyNet bring forward innovative technology and infrastructure to ensure that Ryze Hydrogen gets the supply of the clean energy carrier required to power the buses.
