Colombia has vast amounts of renewable energy promise and with this, Sumitomo Corporation will partner with Promigas to collaborate on the development of hydrogen mobility solutions.
The purpose of this agreement is to establish a collaboration between the two companies to assess the opportunities related to hydrogen mobility within the Colombian marketplace.
This includes studying and analysing the market for developing a proof of concept, and then analysing the potential of a commercially viable solution for the transportation and logistics sectors within the country.
In doing so, hydrogen could become a mainstream fuel for vehicles in addition to ammonia.
