Nel ASA has been awarded a 20MW electrolyser contract with Everfuel for the green hydrogen production facility located adjacent to the Fredericia refinery in Denmark.
Announcing the contract on 30th December, Nel said the Fredericia facility will have a production capacity of up to eight tonnes per day of green hydrogen, made from renewable wind power, with ten tonnes of storage capacity.
The electrolyser will be delivered this year and will be fully operational in mid-2022.
