Nel ASA has received a firm purchase order from an undisclosed US energy company for the delivery of 16 hydrogen refuelling stations to be deployed in California, the US.
The total order value is around $24m and includes a previous Capacity Reservation Agreement (CRA) fee of about $7m, and the first fuelling equipment is expected to be delivered in Q4 2023.
The original Capacity Reservation Agreement was made in December (2022), with the equipment being supplied by Nel and manufactured in its Herning, Denmark, factory now the final purchase order has been signed.
