Nel ASA board member Hanne Skaarberg Holen has resigned as a member of the board of directors with immediate effect, the dedicated hydrogen company announced today in a statement.
Holen has resigned as a consequence of a pending change of employer.
“The remaining members of the board of directors constitute a quorum after Holen’s resignation,” the statement said.
“On the behalf of the company, the Chair of the Election Committee, Leif Eriksrød, extends gratitude to Ms Holen for her excellent services on the board of directors in a crucial period in the development of the company.”
