National Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Day will take place this Thursday (8th October).
Aptly chosen to represent hydrogen’s atomic weight of 1.008, the sixth annual event will be a celebration of hydrogen and fuel cell advances.
Hosted by the US Department of Energy’s (DOE’s) Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy’s (EERE’s) Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Technologies Office, the day will be celebrated with various announcements and virtual events.
“We hope you’ll join us in spreading the word so that others can also learn why hydrogen and fuel cells are important to a more secure, clean and resilient energy future,” DOE said in a statement.
