myFC to develop fuel cell-powered automated warehouse robots

mfFC wants to develop fuel cell solutions for automated warehouse robots (AGV).

The Swedish fuel cell company on Thursday (August 5) announced its ambitions, having inked an agreement with a leading original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for the effort.

Together, the duo will look to drive AGVs with myFC’s hybrid solution for fuel cells in combination with batteries.

According to Michael Glantz, CEO of myFC, the global logistics industry is facing a transformation and is investing in sustainable automation to increase competitiveness through efficiencies.
