Mott Corporation has announced it’s opening a new facility in the US to increase its production capacity for green hydrogen engineering solutions.
The 65,000 square-foot facility will be near its headquarters in Farmington, Connecticut, and will see a total investment in the tens-of-millions of dollars in the coming years.
Mott is a manufacturer of ultra-thin, porous metal sheets, which are a component in the generation of hydrogen through electrolysis. Its Titanium Porous Transport Layers (PTLs) are the ‘world’s thinnest’ and allow for efficient and cost-effective production of green hydrogen.
