Hydrogen production and refuelling station specialist, McPhy has announced its plans to establish a gigafactory will benefit from a maximum of €114m ($110m) from the French Government, through the European Commission approved IPCEI I Hy2Tech programme.
The company unveiled plans for the Belfort, France factory in 2021, which it hopes will play a key role in the transition to industrial-scale electrolysis.
